Nobody who does not know about Bali because this land consists of many amazing natural places that are combined with the culture and traditional art, and one of them is Kintamani. Kintamani is a place which mostly related to a mystical belief due to the existence of Trunyan graveyard, is there anything else that we can see here?

The answer is “yes”, in this place you can see several great places that you never find in other cities in Indonesia. Kintamani is located near from the Mount of Batur in Pekraman Batur. To reach this place, it is recommended to take private car, so you can just start your trip from Ubud and it takes 45 minutes on the road, but if you have to take public transportation you can get on a bus from Baturbulan bus station at Denpasar to Ubud, but you have to be very patience because it walks like a snail. After getting off at the bus, there is an entrance fee in Kintamani which is Rp 50000 for domestic tourist and $10 for foreign tourist. It opens everyday from 7 to 7 pm in local time.

Now the adventure is begun, the first trip can be started by rowing in Lake Batur to visit Trunyan village. This village is different from other villages in Indonesia because there are so many dead bodies that are waiting to be buried by their families. Never take anything from this place if you are there. They have to fulfill certain period for that. If you don’t like the mystery, you can choose to visit Pura Ulun, a shrine in a lake.
